Instructions for Poster Presenters

  • Dimensions & Format: A0 (84.1 cm x 118.9 cm) in portrait format
  • Mounting: Adhesive tape will be provided for your convenience. 
  • Display Schedule: We kindly request that you hang your poster before the first morning coffee break on the day of your session. It must be taken down at the end of the same day. This schedule applies to both days of the event. 
  • To ensure the display boards are cleared on time, any posters left at the end of the day will be removed by the organizing committee and held at the reception desk for pick up.
